Meet Julie of Julie G Yoga!
Julie is a lifelong lover of movement (and the mom of 2 cats, Tess and Diego). As a young competitive gymnast, and a Yogi for 20+ years, she knows the value of strength, alignment and dedication as well as the joy of expression through physicality.
Julie's love of Yoga led to her first Teaching certification in Aligned Vinyasa. A desire to deepen her understanding of anatomy-based, intelligently sequenced Yoga inspired Julie to become certified to teach the LYT Yoga Method. Julie now has her 500 hour certification in LYT Yoga training, in addition to her 200 hours RYT certification.
